Refunds

Due to the nature of our services, we do not accept returns on fulfilled orders. However, for issues related to quality, such as editing and proofreading services, we offer a revision process to ensure the final product meets your requirements and to prioritize your satisfaction.

If the fulfilled product does not meet the specified requirements provided at the time of order placement, we will conduct a thorough internal review. If necessary, the content will be revised or recreated at no additional cost.

To take advantage of the revision process, please notify us of any issues within 15 days of receiving the completed order.

Revisions

Each package comes with its own revision policy, which is outlined in the service description. Revisions are available within 15 days after the order status updates to "Waiting for Customer Approval" in our Order Management Platform. The specific revision period depends on the package you selected.

Revisions can be requested once the product is presented for review and the status changes to "Waiting for Customer Approval." You can submit revision requests by emailing your assigned Project Manager to ensure that your original requirements have been met.

Additionally, you may make personal changes to the content we provide after the order is fulfilled, as it will be delivered in Word format. You retain the rights to the content before it is published.

Incompetent Delivery

Once the work is delivered, a refund claim can only be made if all of the following steps have been taken:

• Project Compliance: The work must not meet the project requirements you specified. We are committed to ensuring 100% customer satisfaction and offer unlimited revisions to meet your expectations. We will assign, reassign, and rewrite your work as needed to ensure complete satisfaction. You also have the option to reserve free pages of equivalent value for future use at any time.
• If, after utilizing these options, we are still unable to meet your requirements, a refund may be considered through mutual agreement on a set percentage, but only if the delivery significantly deviates from your original request.

We are dedicated to delivering quality work and will do everything possible to meet your expectations.

Change of Mind

If you decide to cancel your project after placing your order, you can request a full refund within the first hour. After this period, a 40% processing fee will be applied to any refund requests.

Late Delivery

• Our Guarantee: We are committed to delivering projects on time. If a project is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, and the client has made at least three contact attempts, a 50% refund will be issued, provided there is documented evidence that the delay was due to our error.
• Client-Related Delays: Refunds will not be provided for late deliveries if the delay is caused by the client's actions or requirements.

We aim to provide timely and reliable services but understand that certain factors may cause delays. We will work to resolve any issues fairly based on the circumstances.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us, our affiliates, parent companies, subsidiaries, distributors, partners, licensors, advertisers, sponsors, and our and their directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents, and other representatives harmless from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and other expenses that arise directly or indirectly from your breach of these Terms and Conditions.

This means you are responsible for covering any legal or financial consequences that result from violating these terms.

External Linking

Epic Book Publishers may provide links to third-party websites or services that we do not own or operate. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or activities of these third-party sites. If you wish to discontinue or terminate your account, you may do so by ceasing to use our services. However, all provisions of these Terms and Conditions will remain in effect even after the termination of Epic Book Publishers's services.
